1  Pick a Book  

On the BUILD A BOOK tab (found on the top navigation's bar) choose a basic book package that matches your needs. Most all of our books come in hardbound, because they just look really nice!  You can Choose from:

Standard Book Binding:  if you are looking for customizable books of blank or lined pages. Great for Journals, Sketchbooks, keeping Recipes, notes, Gifts and more. You can also upgrade these to a Scrapbook style binding! 

Manuscript & Project Binding:  if you are looking to bind a finished project of your own (a written story, blog entries, recipes, or anything else) Prices listed are for text only projects. Contact us for anything beyond this.

Mini-Me's:  (Note: Found on it's own Tab) Pocket sized fun blank books of paper for jotting down notes, addresses or little sketches.  Fun idea for children's sketch books too.

add your choices to your cart!    Please Note:  Due to limitations on the paypal checkout, and to keep the costs of the books down, if you need Shipping/Handling, please add it to your cart separately.  We estimate $5 for 1-2 books.  This can be added from the Build A Book page.  We can get you a shipping quote for orders of three books or more.  :)

2  Pick a Cover

Next, go to the COVERS GALLERY page (found on the top navigaton's bar).   

Each book package comes with a standard book cover.   Your choice from this cover selection is free with purchase of your book... hence why they are labeled with $0.00 cost!

There are other cover upgrade options available for many of the books.  These covers would replace the standard cover.  

If you're having a hard time deciding, take a peak at a variety of books on the IDEA page.  It may jump-start your imagination.

3    Add your Bling!

Lastly, navigate through the BLING tab and add whatever seems to strike your fancy.  

Some choices include:  Splattered Pages, Torn Edge Covers, Embroidery and more!  Most of these options are free with your book package.  Those that have charges are to help cover the cost of the additional materials in that option. (some cover restrictions may apply:  see Bling page for details)

Then We get to work!

Submit and pay for your order and the rest is done by us.  We'll contact you via email to finalize your customization.  Then, we'll let you know when your book is on its way.

If you've ordered a Manuscript or Project binding, you will receive instructions on how to prepare your submission.  :)  We'll walk you through the entire process and make sure things are good to go before we start sewing your book.  So, make sure we've got a valid email address for you!

We estimate 1-3 business days after the time we start working on it to the time it's ready to ship--pending on the project and number of books ordered, of course.  We happily bind away on most Mondays-Fridays, 8am-5pm.

Anything else?  Shipping/Refunds

~To make it easy, you can add the Shipping to the cart from the Build A Book page, otherwise, we will email you to find out how you want to handle it.  This keeps the cost of books down and prevents you from having to pay too much (from adding the cost of shipping to the price of every book). Books are made to order after order is received and will be shipped via USPS after it has been completed.  We will email you when it is on its way!

~We live in South Salt Lake City.  If you don't need Shipping, and would prefer to pick up, that is an option.

~We accept payments via Paypal through the checkout.   If you need to pay via another method, please contact us.  Books are not made until after payment is received.

~Once we start physical construction on your Manuscript & Project binding, we can't make changes.  The first thing we do is print your text!  So be sure you ask whatever questions you need while we're processing your pages with you.  note: Standard blank Journals can start construction as soon as the same day we receive the order, without further email contact.

~since these are all Hand Made To Order, there are no refunds once we've started.  If there's a problem after you've received one of our books, please let us know.  Every book is inspected for quality :)  by me.

~Rush orders are accepted at an additional fee, determined by the size of your order. Please contact us directly for more information--and to find out if your order is subject to this fee. Rush orders may include: orders of 1-5 standard books that must be filled within a week or less, 5+ standard books that must be done within 2 weeks or less, or any special order that must be done within 0-2 weeks.  Although our books are normally finished within a very short period of time, if other previously ordered projects have to be put on hold to finish yours first, the "rush order" fee may apply.
